4. SHIPPING POLICY

 

4.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Romania via express courier. EU and international delivery is available for selected countries; check availability at checkout.

 

4.2 Delivery Timelines

•       Romania (urban): 1–2 business days from payment confirmation

•       Romania (rural/remote): 2–4 business days

•       EU countries: 5–10 business days

•       International non-EU: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance

 

Timelines are calculated from payment confirmation (online payment) or order confirmation (cash on delivery). Verde Fish Entertainment SRL is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies delays, force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays.

 

4.3 Order Tracking

Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the AWB number and tracking link. You can also track your order from your customer account on the site.

 

4.4 Failed Delivery

If delivery could not be completed due to reasons attributable to the Buyer (incorrect address, absence of recipient after 2 attempts, refusal of parcel), return and re-delivery costs will be borne by the Buyer.

 

4.5 Parcel Inspection

We recommend inspecting the parcel in the courier’s presence. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, ask the courier to note this in the delivery record and notify us within 24 hours.

 

4.6 Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the EU, the Buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. Verde Fish Entertainment SRL ships DAP (Delivered at Place) for international orders. We comply with all applicable export control regulations and do not ship to sanctioned territories.
