1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1.1 Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (transposed in Romania via G.O. no. 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason and without incurring penalties.

 

1.2 Extended Rights for International Customers

Verde Fish Entertainment SRL voluntarily extends the following return windows for customers outside the EU:

       United Kingdom: 14 days — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

       United States: 14 days — commercial goodwill gesture

       Canada: 30 days — in line with provincial consumer protection acts

       Australia: governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL); major failures entitle the consumer to a replacement or full refund

 

1.3 Conditions for Return

To benefit from the right of withdrawal, the returned product must:

       Be in its original condition, unused, and with the seal intact

       Be packaged in original (or equivalent) packaging

       Be accompanied by the invoice or receipt

       Not be opened or partially consumed (for hygiene and food safety reasons)

 

EXCEPTIONS — The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

       Products with opened packaging for hygiene reasons (powders, capsules, liquids with broken seal)

       Products customised at the customer’s request

       Products with short shelf life that no longer permit return

 

1.4 Return Procedure

       Notify us in writing at return@vitalysa.com (Return Form available online)

       Receive confirmation and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number

       Package the product and ship to our address, referencing the RMA number

       Return must be dispatched within 14 days of notification

 

1.5 Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the description. In those cases, Vitalysa Energy covers the return shipping cost.

 

1.6 Refund

The refund (product price + initial delivery cost where applicable) will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used at purchase.

 

1.7 Defective or Damaged Products

If you received a defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at return@vitalysa.com with photos attached. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including transport costs.
